Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin making meaningful changes. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stress, and concerns related to body image or food.

Using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, I help clients develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions, strengthening self-compassion, and building a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Intuitive Eating Counseling

Intuitive Eating counseling helps individuals heal their relationship with food and their body by moving away from dieting and toward body trust. This approach focuses on reconnecting with internal hunger and fullness cues, reducing food guilt, and developing a more compassionate relationship with eating and self-care.
